It's good to hear that you may be feeling some sensations of the K at work in you! can still respond, of course, but I'll jump in here and say in regards to karma...do you mean, can one do something good in a past life that will cause him/her to 'earn' K awakening in this life? I don't think that's how it works; however, has said that if you become K active in one life, you carry over a tendency to awaken in the next life (I think that is correct). But in every life, you have to follow certain practices to make it happen. How is your practice? Are you doing the Safeties and the Tibetans? Are you in service to others? These are the things that 'beckon' Shakti to release the Holy Fire in us. If you are doing these things daily, then you can interpret the fluttering and warmth as the K at work in you! I have been feeling movement in my back and fluttering of the organs, warmth inside me and all around me and a wonderful feeling in the back of my head, so something may be going on.
