4 stage meditation

I'm from the school of " Always follow your own advice "

and so I did just that.

I just finished doing the 4 stage meditation, I'm sure

my upstairs neighbours thought me and hubby were

having a row...hee hee. Oh well, now and again all

married couples argue I suppose...GIGGLE*.

 

It felt really good to do it actually, my arms began

to vibrate as I jumped and shouted " HU " , my spine felt

the vibrations of every jump I did, lots of vibrations

moving outward.

My hubby sat with head phones on listening to

music....He hates to hear me scream.

 

Oh well, thats it , just wanted to say, if you can do

it, try it, it's great.

I'm gonna do it again soon I think.
