Hello Everyone, Namaste!

 

I am so happy I found this group! I have been interested in and

studying Kundalini energy for many years. I *think* mine has risen, but

since I really had no one to talk to about it, I am not sure. How can

you tell? I was attuned to Usui Reiki level one and when the energy got

to my heart chakra it opened and I felt this HUGE love and gratitude,

so much I started to cry. Now when I meditate or just run energy, I can

feel it in all my chakras and when I meditate I can feel the energy in

my root chakra. I have since been attuned to Usui Reiki Master level

and I feel I am evolving at an amazing rate. I do kundalini yoga as

well as other forms of yoga. Thank you so much for this opportunity to

learn more!
