Touching Base Sept. 29th. - Sept. 30th.

Hi Chrism, Hi Everyone,

 

Thank you for an interesting week.

 

Yesterday the (29th.) started off with a lot of energy. Lots of

pressure in the upper part of my head – almost a headache. A

tightness on the left side of the neck up

Into the left ear. Around noon a red spot – almost like an insect

sting mark – developed on my left cheek bone below the left eye. I

became very warm with almost an edgy feeling and very tired. I went

to bed at 8:30 PM and did not wake until shortly after 4:00 AM.

 

Today (the 30th) the tight feeling in the upper part of my head skull

cap/beanie feeling started to intensify around 10:00 AM. Lots of

crackling in the right back side of my head. The balloon feeling

between the shoulder blades comes and goes. Feeling, calm, peaceful,

happy, and thankful for all that you and the rest of the group do.

 

It may sound strange but I have this overwhelming feeling that I have

just arrived at the station or the airport and I'm waiting for my

train or plane to arrive.
