Hi again Chrism,

I just wanted to let you know that I am really feeling char-grilled at the

moment - its working away, I can feel my consciousness opening up. There is

warmth and a fair amount of pressure around the crown.

Many thanks again for the kind and generous sharing of your energy and being

in this shaktipat!

In kind regards,

Adam.
