Guest guest Posted September 26, 2007 Report Posted September 26, 2007 Hi and group: Today's update: Didn't get much sleep last night, but had plenty of energy throughout the day (it's now 2.30am, and I'm still not tired!). I have totally enjoyed the beauty of the full moon, and felt " at one with all " whilst taking in the sunset. My tongue tip and contact point, behind teeth, becomes very hot at times. Also, my right thumb has become a little numb?!! I feel " charged " , and contented, with a new kind of " awareness " ? - Enjoying the experience very much Love to all - Eamonn Quote

(without a 'druggy feel')- I finally went into a deep sleep and 'met' a lady who was obviously Chinese. She was very sarcastic in speech. I noted it seemed odd for her background (she was new to this country). She said in the USA she 'had to be that way'. Then I met her brother, a blind psychic with very odd eyes (too much white--and they were BLUE!). Later dreams of red wine (I don't drink). I would recommend the Tibetans and chakra breathing but only as you see fit. I feel you are in touch enough to know - c. Quote
