Guest guest Posted September 25, 2007 Report Posted September 25, 2007 I had a real cracking pain through left ribs yesterday after a restless night when i thought something was going on in my stomach(not belly) Since then i have been very careful as the numb feeling in my head is spreading and there is a high pitched whistling . It feels as if stuff is trying to drain away .My feet vibrate most of the time .Perhaps thats why i get very little rls these days . The good news is that im quite sure everything is ok and that those about me will benefit when im clearer . Leslie i do the outward shining thing too.I dont tend to send peace to places specifically but find the peace within and radiate it out . Its like if you push people they push back or if you push energy too fiercely it may cause bigger blocks in sticky places.In my mind im melting away shadows , giving folks back their own power and light . So your lighthouse idea really appeals to me . Love elizabeth Quote
