According to your post on the shaktipat and the procedures to be followed, it starts on 23rd of this month at 3am........i am in india and my time zone is 12 hrs ahead of yours....so when US is having 3am ....i shall be at around 3pm ....so do i need to start on the practices at the dawn of the 23rd or after 3pm at my time??.....could you please guide me....
