Guest guest
Well, those are great questions, and quite honestly I'm not really sure how to answer them. I guess I could give you a background of 'me' and you can tell me where I am at based on your own experiences with Kundalini. As, I am a newbie to the Kundalini practice, but not a newbie to all things spiritual. To make it easier I will post a link. http://astralpoint.net/readings.html , Elektra Fire <elektra.fire wrote: > > Hello Pamela, > > Welcome , nice to meet you, what experience have you > had with Kundalini? Guest guest
Yes, I've read the safties and it seems the major hurdle is going to be trust, and forgiveness. Which, I assume is the common theme with most raisings. I do some of the other safties already and wasn't aware that it was connected to Kundalini! Thanks for the tips! , " Sarita " <sarita1969 wrote: > > Have you read over the Safeties? Guest guest
Chrism has designed the Safeties to ensure a gentle awakening. I don't believe they are used anywhere else. Many of the principles are already being practiced by many who come here though. IMHO, the forgiveness/recapitulations is key. The Kundalini will amplify any feelings you already have - good or bad. I've also found that forgiveness of self can be the most challenging. Once the K gets rolling, it can be VERY intense. I've had a few moody days, lol. Guest guest
WoW! Thanks for this info, really. This is the first time I hear about Safeties as method, I think I might try them. It would be good. And, yes, I noticed that Kundalini can amplify my feelings, I sometimes experience extreme mood swings. , " Sarita " <sarita1969 wrote: > > has designed the Safeties to ensure a gentle awakening.
