Hi,

My name is Pam and I was directed here by Kat, who was directed to me

by Sarita, who was directed to me by Master Condrey! So, I figured I

might as well come and see what Kundalini is all about!

Anyway, I look forward to learning and, who knows...I might be able to

contribute to the board as well.

Pam

Hello Pamela,

Welcome , nice to meet you, what experience have you

had with Kundalini? Or are you here as a complete

newbie?

Have you had any symptoms or are you here just to

learn?

Much love Elektra x x x

Hi Pam, you seem really familiar... I think I may remember you from

the old William Buhlman forum before it went away a couple of years

ago. Anyhow, welcome! Good to see you! love & light ~Jen~

Well, those are great questions, and quite honestly I'm not really

sure how to answer them. I guess I could give you a background

of 'me' and you can tell me where I am at based on your own

experiences with Kundalini. As, I am a newbie to the Kundalini

practice, but not a newbie to all things spiritual. To make it

easier I will post a link.

Yes, I've read the safties and it seems the major hurdle is going to

be trust, and forgiveness. Which, I assume is the common theme with

most raisings. I do some of the other safties already and wasn't

aware that it was connected to Kundalini!

Thanks for the tips!

Chrism has designed the Safeties to ensure a gentle awakening. I

don't believe they are used anywhere else. Many of the principles

are already being practiced by many who come here though.

IMHO, the forgiveness/recapitulations is key. The Kundalini will

amplify any feelings you already have - good or bad. I've also found

that forgiveness of self can be the most challenging. Once the K

gets rolling, it can be VERY intense. I've had a few moody days, lol.

WoW! Thanks for this info, really. This is the first time I hear about

Safeties as method, I think I might try them. It would be good.

And, yes, I noticed that Kundalini can amplify my feelings, I

sometimes experience extreme mood swings.

Hi Pamela, the WB forum got hacked and was deleted out of cyber

world. I thought I had e-mailed you. We tried to contact all that we

had e-mail addresses to. I guess for some reason my e-mail to you

didn't make it.

No, this Jen is from Tennessee! But I'm sure I remember you, and some

good conversations we had, possibly about auras... and I for sure

remember " fliesatnight " ... oh well, we'll get to know each other all

over again! love & light ~Jen~

See what happens? You don't log in for a day and before you know it the

energy has increased. Welcome to all the newbies (of which I still

consider myself one).

Yesterday I did a search on WB (to see if there was an active board)

and a couple of his books came up and I actually have read both of

them! I remember they were good ones, so if anyone is interested in

them...
