Guidelines for participating in the shaktipat

Pranams chrism,

This is the first time i would be participating in the shaktipat

and my kundalini is not yet initiated.I have been following the

safeties well and especially i have been sticking to

forgiveness,Meditation,prayer to goddess very well. Are there any

other steps i need to follow before the shaktipat as a

pre-requisite.During the shaktipath what are the tasks that have to be

done by me.since i have no little idea of this can you please guide

me.....
