Throat Chakra Day

June 25, 2007

Now we're getting into the areas of interest to me. I find the lower

chakras uninteresting as a rule. I really live in my head and above

most of the time though I manage to stay grounded (at least I think I

am). So after the emotional Heart day yesterday, I'm glad to be getting

into the more etheric areas. I had some interesting things come from

intense meditation/focus on the lower regions but I maybe erroneously

feel they are to " low " for me, I most of the time feel I've gone beyond

them, outgrown them. Ego mind, probably.

As it happens, out of the blue, the guy that directs the Ancient Music

group I sing in calls me yesterday saying we have a concert set for

August (this is a new developement as we were to have the summer off)

and we will start rehearsals tonight! Perfect timing. I get to sing for

a few hours with all my heart on this, our 5th chakra day. How

perfect!!! I will look for and try to feel Shakti and K as I sing

tonight. I hope to be able to express them.

Last night/ early morning, dreamed my husband, me and our daughter were

living out of the car in a dirt and sand pit area, sort of construction

place with an unused office. Our 2 kittens are with us and I'm worried

they will get lost out on their own in the scary world.

We are about 10 miles from downtown. I look up and saw a white

rocket/missile hit one of the tallest buildings in town and a plume of

white smoke rise up high into the atmosphere. I " flew " (Superman-style)

into town to check it out but the landscape had changed so much I had

no familiar landmarks for a while. Then I did finally spot a part of

town I recognized so had my bearings again. Funny, I was flying,

holding my 2 little kittens! No idea what the significance of this

dream is in relation to the Shaktipat, if any. It was strange to say

the least.

Valarie, I'm not good at interperting dreams, but from my dream book

cat/kittens represent instinctual energy that has been tamed and is

relatively close to consciouness; also feminine power/energy and the

feminine archtype. In ancient times they were often associated with

goddesses/divine powers.

Does anyone happens to know more about the etheric, astral and mental

aspect of each chakra? I am curious as I dont )

Also has anyone heard the lower psychic abilities (clairvoyance)

resides in the Solar Plexus Chakra ( Lower Mind)?
