Guest guest Posted June 23, 2007 Report Posted June 23, 2007 I am sorry to hear that Nicole. I was uncomfortable being here on the forum yesterday, but today seems fine. I woke up yesterday feeling a very deep sadness and the more I came here to read the more sad I became. I am sure it had something to do with working with my sacral chakra. I have been on many emotional ups and downs in my lifetime, a real roller coaster ride at times. What I felt yesterday did not seem to be personal sadness, though, for I had nothing to be sad about yesterday. I actually felt a little of it toward the end of the first day of Shaktipat. I know I do pick up on the energies/emotions that are out there. I really tried to keep the deep sadness to myself yesterday, but I could tell my husband was picking up on it. I finally got out of the house and went for a long walk and was able to get it to disapate and all was Ok for the rest of the evening. I hope you don't leave up for good and also that you will find peace within yourself. Many blessings to you.
