Guest guest Report post Posted May 29, 2007 Rod, I have waited to respond to your post about forgiveness so that I could tuly search my heart for something that might help. I was in a place in my life at one time where I had to forgive. The forgiveness i found wasn't as necessary for him as it was for me...as I couldn't grow any longer within...not really...until I came to terms with this in my heart. In my case I had to ask for help from the spiritual world...I had to ask that i be able to see why it was that this person did this...and what it was in his life that caused him to act in such a cruel way. He devastated many womans lives, and their spouses....to the point where there was only severe bitterness left. I met some of them in my journey through this healing. It wasn't until i began to be shown things that happened to him...things that took place in his childhood that brought about all the unconscious behaviors that ended up hurting others..and devastating many. It was this understanding...of how this person came to be like this in his life that gave me the ability to understand at a very deep level that he was not unlike me....not really. I found so many things that happened to him had happened to me also...but I had been able to pull myself out of it with the help of the spirit world...and he...had shut down his connection to the point where he had so little contact with his higher self that his true goodness was not able to come through to help him. I decided to help myself heal...by concentrating on healing this man...so that we both could live better lives. I didn't know how healing worked in those days...and so this is how i began this pathway. It was through this that i learned my healing methods...it was through this that i learned how relationships work on both the spiritual and the physical planes. He was my greatest teacher...in that through him...in the end....I was able to come to learn how to truly love uncondtionally. today I thank the universe for this man...he has healed...and so have I. I have learned much that i can share with others now...as i am sharing with you. To sum it all up...understanding brings wisdom...and with wisdom...comes forgiveness.
