my awakening -first steps-Tara

Welcome to your awakening, Tara!! Congratulations!

 

I still have problems with the spinning! Makes me

very dizzy and nauseated. Start with 6 and work your

way up. Are you saying you did 3 sets of 21

spins?!?!? No wonder you were sick!! My

understanding is that you start with 6 each of the 5

Tibetans. You can do them twice a day if you wish, or

just once a day. Then add one more rep each week till

you are doing 21 each of the 5 Tibetans.

 

I hope will confirm this.

 

I'm very happy that it all seemed to 'work' for you

this time! Sounds like the time was right! Funny how

that happens....or is it???
