WHETHER THESE CHAKRAS ARE IN HORIZONTAL PLANE ie LYING PERPENDICULAR TO THE AXIS

OF BODY OR THE CHAKRAS ARE IN VERTICAL PLANE ie PARALLEL TO THE AXIS ??

They are both Shiva k. They are also spinning and they do not have
