I can confirm that wrt the Monroe hemisync stuff, I had similar

experiences with it. On occasion I've fell into the 'blackout' state

in meditation as well, even being momentarily confused/panic with the

sense of looking out through a body that's not familiar, when I 'wake

up' minutes or hours later. It doesn't last long or have negative

side effects (that I'm aware of :-) ) but is an unforgettable

sensation. I like the Gateway explanation referencing the lack of a

'recording system' in the physical body.

I'm kind of get what your saying.Robert bruce has a whole thing about

the mind split and shadow memory,about higher energy bodies coping

information etc etc,the problem is i can't seem to comprehend it,at

least how do i translate or record these things so i take out

something other then black outs

Hi Ben,

Bruce Moen's answer to memory problems is to speak the odd comment into

a voice-activated recording gadget as he goes. I think it could be a

great solution, as long as you don't end up worrying about

eavesdroppers instead of meditating!
