Interesting Experience

This morning I woke with a horrific headache. Not a migraine, but a

very bad headache. I slept a bit late trying to get rid of it.

Suddenly I am instructed to turn on my back. It was a thought/voice

in my mind that said it. So, I turn on my back and then all this

energy starts running through me doing from my toes up through my

head. After a few minutes most of the headache is gone. I was able

to get up and get to work. Wow.

Whew, girl! You got the mojo now!! I could have used

some of that last week for my 13-day headache!!

Very nice, yes headaches are one of the easiest things i have found to

be healed by yourself, sounds like kundalini did it for you though =D.

 

I can heal them in under a minute if there not to bad.

I don't know that I would call it " clarity " as I haven't the foggiest

idea what I'm doing! LOL I just go with the flow (pardon the pun) and

see where it takes me.
