Triads-

[Guest guest]

I was wondering what a Triad is (someone suggested it is a group of

three people who send energy to each other)? What is needed to form

one (other than 3 willing people of course) and what one does. Is

there any experience required/suggested or can newbies do one

together? Thanks!
