I have had quite a few over the last couple of years and, once, I saw the 'silver cord' behind me. Some people see it, some don't, but it is there, connecting the physical to the ethereal body. IMHO, What you described, Dhyana, is a very high-spiritual experience...what a blessing! Zappy, who says you have to choose a religion? I don't have one, but I sure have a close relationship with God. I talk to him all the time and pray for my loved ones. I strive always to be a better person and to share that part of his light that he instilled in me with the people around me. Isn't that a 'religion?' You seem to me to be in a good place! At the time is was a very LOW feeling of not wanting to be here anymore and willing myself to leave. I didn't know anything about OOB and silver cords...just knew I couldn't go any further away so just let go and drifted. Religion...I have trouble with religion, too. hehe True Christianity to me is not religion, it is a living experience of Christ, and transformation by His Spirit. Hug Claudia and Zappy.
