Guest guest Posted March 30, 2007 Report Posted March 30, 2007 Hi Marie, sorry to hear about the head pain. I can sympathize with you, I get debilitating migraines. I had a headache for 6 days straight through the Shaktipat. Not a real bad one, but a dull pressure pushing at my forehead constantly. I too had the " lump in the throat " thing. I thought I had an energy blockage LOL, but corrected me and informed me that was the throat chakra activating. I have also been experiencing the " helmet " feeling (sounds like you have that too). I think it's great that we can all share this with each other. Otherwise, I would think I was going nuts!
