Receipt of Shaktipat

Hi - it's 9.45 am 21 March on the East Coast of Australia. I woke up

feeling heavy and hazy in the head. 2 hours later I did the the

Tibetan Spins and found the energy sizzling down from my head

spiralling through my body leaving me half relaxed/half euphoric. I sat

down and did compression breathing and my legs started vibrating

strongly with an electric sort of tingling. That tingling is now moving

around strongly. I wish everyone else well. Stay very receptive and you

should have a most interesting day. Thank you Chrism.
