We can be very busy people. Kids, job, work, it can be hard to find a

space for personal fitness. Please try. Do the yoga or the gym or

both. But get some physical movement into your life aerobic or

otherwise. This will help the flow dislodge certain past events or

prsent ones that if not nudged out by excercise will tend to take more

of a K bang! to bring to the fore. So allow yourself time to move. -
