Let this be a lesson to you folks - apparently the dangers of Kundalini awakening should be updated to include falling off (well ok, " sliding down " ) high cliffs! Or maybe, as some people have kindly told me, the danger in my case was just a matter of being stupid, which was in fact a pre-existing condition.
