Just a little update.

I continue doing the Tibetans, Safeties, Orbits, ....

When I get really going at night I always go back to sending the more

energy out to Tryptyche and others whom I know need some energy. That

always cools things down wonderfully.

My life is going great (as usual).

Another experience that was wonderful was going out to the mountains

and digging up crystals. About 100 beautiful quartz crystals.

Digging in the dirt all day was glorious. Being given the crystals

was marvelous.

I continue to have great " in sync " experiences. That tells me that

things are going just right. Like calling my friend who had been on a

three day motorcycle ride with his dad and I call him to talk just as

he arrives home and takes off his helmet.

Great to read all of you here. Enjoy, have fun, live life.

Sam

Chakra Breathing Place your attention and your awareness at the level of the chakra you wish to breathe into. 5th chakra on down respond best with this technique. As you place your attention on the chakra, breathe through your nose and feel the air as it enters your lungs in the back of your throat. Feel the air and its cool passage from your nose to your lungs. Now transfer the sensation from your nose and sinus membranes to the area of the chakra with every inhalation and exhalation. As you do this you will feel the passage of air in your sinus areas and an energetic flow in the chakra or area on the body. It can help to touch the area and get a tactile location for the focus. You are breathing Prana into the chakras. Prana Bursting. It is typically best to start with the first chakra then proceed to the next one in a bottom to

top fashion. If you’re Kidneys begin to feel hot or are expanding or sore stop immediately and go drink some water or eat some watermelon. Let me know. Do not do this technique if you are feeling pain or other symptoms of chakra activation. Extreme desire for sex as associated with second chakra activation or extreme and constant emotional outbreaks (different from Bliss) as associated with fourth chakra activation and so on can also occur

Thank you Sam! You are still in my thoughts/prayers/visualizations, too! It sure doesn't take long to get behind on the posts! I had that laser surgery on the eye yesterday. Supposedly, this greatly decreases my chances of having the same type problems as my mom and brother. It was preventative, so that should be the end of that, and I plan to find something more positive to talk about soon!

Sometimes, just keeping up with the reading is all I can fit into the day, but I will still be here reading and contributing on days when I have something interesting to report and time to type it up! Some days are more of a challenge than others.

By the way, - the eye doctor says no exercise for at least two weeks, which means I have to put the 5 Tibetans on hold. But not to worry, I am not giving them up. I'm actually kind of hooked on them - I really noticed a difference doing them. All kinds of neat and interesting things started happening. I just have to take a mini-break. Doctor's orders.

I consider this year to be a transitional year for me and many people I know, it seems. (Just thinking about things.) You know what they say - Rome was not built in a day. And when in Rome - do what the Romans do - LOL! (This is where I tend to get side-tracked!) But the future looks much brighter than the past - so, I very much look forward to that. And learning how to live in the "now" - (of course!)

Anyway, I'll get back at-cha when there is something worthy (and positive) to report! Very much appreciate the energy to Tryptyche. Right there with you to keep that going. Very much enjoying the interesting posts and appreciate everyone generously sharing their wisdom.

Deb
