No, well not in the way you mean anyway, I was curious about your access

Tibetan people. On another subject, as you are in a cleansing mode try as best

you can to strengthen your practice. This is a time when you will be able to

feel many sensations of an energetic nature and it can really help as you get

into the harder areas of the cleanse. Work those five Tibetans ! - blessings

Dear Chrism,

I shall take your advice gladly, I plan to do the

compression prayer also.

 

And as for tibetans, I feel my destiny to be linked

with this area very much, my manager is half tibetan

and involved in tibetan charity work which I have

recently become involved with, he is in tibet now

actually and has just asked me if I would like to be

taken there for a visit soon.

I'm very excited.

Also. a young chinese lady has offered to help me set

up a healing space to offer service work to locals ,

kundalini healings , teaching the 5 tibetans etc. (Do

you think it's ok to show these excercises? She asked

me if I could teach yoga)

I feel a plan at work and I'm very pleased to let it

unfold.

There are many tibetans here.

YES, Elektra and it is wonderful! My emotions seem to be on the rise, I just

want to cry about everything, NOT because I am sad, but just because I feel so

happy, so alive, so here! Okay, a minute amount might be because of sadness, but

if so I don't know what it could be! Anyway, at the same time I feel like doing

flips, I feel like jumping up and down, I just want to grin and smile, I am just

so joyous! As for my back and neck they are both much better, but when I turn my

head it just seems to send orgasmic feelings shooting throughout my body even

more so than when I am looking forward! Sometimes I just feel like I am getting

ready to explode, if you know what I mean! Other times, it is just a constant

soothing long lingering wonderful organism existing though out my body. I just

know that any moment it will burst out the top of my head and I hate to say

this, but it feels like it might be the most extraordinary experience ever

experienced. HEE, HEE! Not any thing

against my hubby of course, because it is so different, on a different level!

Anyway, I can't wait either! I will keep you posted! Love and Blessings to you

and to everyone on the list.

Paul, has she said why she is scared of K? Just curious! My hubby is just

fantastical, even after 20 almost 21 years! He is like wine, better with time!

We are great together! However, what we have together is much different than

what I am experiencing with K! She can or you can or you both can contact me off

She really doesn't know a lot about it yet. We actually think alot alike in

many respects. She is fine with meditation and shares many of my views.

Actually, I'm envious of her dream recall - she almost always remembers 2 or

3 dreams every morning. It's only a small step and she could be lucid. But

I shocked her a little when we were discussing the energy and K - she asked

me how long the energy lasted and I told her, forever (at least throughout

this lifetime). I wasn't exactly sure how to interprete her look, but

shocked would be about as much as I could put into words. :-) But I feel

sure that she will be surportive in whatever I do unless I get too weird.

I totally understand what you mean! My husband is very supportive in my

endeavors! He is one terrific soul! Although at this time he does not

participate, he understands my needs. He is not judgmental, but yet he does not

understand it either! My husband and I are spiritually connected, though not

because of K! We have always been this way! He is truly my soul mate, my other

half.

 

I like you are envious of her dream recall, that is just wonderful! In time

when it is right she will advance forward! She has you for guidance and that is

what counts!

I doubt there is a website, they live very simple lives on the reservation in

the easter most part of Arizona. but one can access the book at blue dolphin

publishing...they are online. The book is called Spirit Visions, the old ones

speak. By Dennison and Teddi Tsosie. He gives his day by day story of how the

spirit world came into his life and the things that took place where he was a

part of the answer to South American prophecies. It is worth reading. I read

it first..from the library...and then bought the book for myself.

tell how they came to the conclusion it was a record keeping cryatal?

Does the book say? From what I read, it sound like he had an awake

OBE with only part of his consciousness projected. I know several

people on a pagan forum who uses crystals to help them project. These

pagan people say they program these crystals with their intent before

hand. Anyways, I view this the same as channeled material such as

when one uses an ouija board or other means.

 

Also, there are several people who have these talking crystal skulls.

I think there is suppose to be 12 of them all together. The last I

read on that site they were trying to get all the people with their

skulls together. I don't know what they were trying to accomplish

with doing that.

You are so very right, Elektra.

The closer the person is to us, the more intense the hurt that

is caused. I feel two ways about this 'philosophy' - the first being, the closer

the connection, the more betrayed we feel when we've been hurt. Two would be

that family would probably be even more distanced to us than a close friend,

because we feel as though they've suddenly changed, and we now have to write

them out of our book- so to speak. At least that's my take on it.

 

Yes, I was destroyed for a long time. Thankfully, I have a wonderful boyfriend.

He spent time reminding me of what a caring and loving and creative person I

was. I blocked so much out, that I lost who I was.

I found myself, a bitter and 'soul less' person, and I was never ever like that

before, and if in my right mind, would have never chosen to be like that.

Because of her loss, I felt lost. I didn't know how to go on, and I found myself

on the verge(?) of a breakdown.

It felt like I really broke down, because I couldn't even remember aspects of me

that Mike loved to watch, and when he would try to remind me, I would either

think- " Oh well, she (or that) died along with Ashley " , or

" I was never like that, what is he talking about? "

He bought drawing supplies for me to encourage me to try to find the 'old me'

who seemed to have been lost. Then he even made a book about a fantasy life of

Ashley, where she got old and died, and tried to get me to draw picture for it,

and to feel it as though that's what happened to her, in order to help 'bring me

back'. All I ever did was lie or sit like a zombie, and I made hateful remarks

and hated everything. That all changed, because of him and because of that first

out-of-body-experience/near-death-experience.

I am so thankful that I have Mike, and that I was able to forgive and move on.

Before I forgave, I just let the same situation run circles through my mind. I

could never be set free. Forgiveness set me free.

 

Wow, how on earth could your Mother ever say something mean about your sister

after her murder?

Maybe that was her way of distancing herself from the pain?

Human beings are so complex!

 

I'm thankful that I joined this group, because everyone here

is so open and loving.I haven't met with any harsh judgment at all.

That's a blessing, to feel safety and comfort.

You don't find that much in this world anymore, but I try

to radiate it to everyone around me.

Especially at work, because I want us all to have a peaceful life in our

'home away from home'- so I show love and comfort, offer my

sympathy and suggestions, and give lots of hugs and kisses.

Some people look at me funny, but most love it, and run with it,

and feel good. It solves a lot of conflicts.

I can't wait to see how the K helps me even more, because I want

to be the brightest light I can be, to all who need me.

I'm sure your brother did it in a fit of anger which

later subsided and I'm sure he regreted it.

 

you did a wonderful thing to forgive that action, time

is a great healer.

I found it hard to forgive my mother for years because

she said something hurtful about my sister just after

her murder. It took time and distance for me to

forgive.

The closer we are to the person, the more difficult it

is.

I find it easier to forgive strangers at times then my

close friends and family.

I am getting better at it though.
