I, too, am looking forward to developing with my triad. I am here, home, safe,

been doing my safeties, meditating and focusing on my triad-mates as it occurs

to me. Some amazing things are happening in my life, and I am so amazingly

grateful. I've been reading most posts (there are so many when you return from

a trip!) and trying to keep up, but have mainly been focusing on my own

exercises.
