I wanted to tell you that the day I gave permission to receive shaktiput, that night I was writing an email to someone at 10:00 and this incredible lightheaded/dizzy spell came over me. I had to end the email, sit back and " catch my bearings, " so to speak! And my muscles ached really bad, but it all lasted for only a few minutes, then it was gone. It felt like some kind of a tense up/release thing. But it was definitely " something. " I hope this was not a bad sign! I don't think so, though. Just an adjustment of energy, maybe. What do you think? Today is my day to catch up on email, so now I am going to sign off and do the 5 Tibetans, prayer, etc. I'll keep you posted! Deb Quote
