TIME ZONE ISSUE

Dear Ashji, Donna and group,

 

In trying to calculate the chart for a client born in Caracas, Venezuela, I

don't find the correct time zone, VET (+4.30), in the drop down menu in the

Natal Data Entry page.

 

Is it acceptable to choose AST +4.00 and add 30 minutes to birth time?
