Planets with less than 12 points

[Guest guest]

I am sending yet another message to the list. All my messages from the

past several days did not make it to the list. Hope this one does!

If a planet has less than 12 points in all houses, will it be

considered the most malefic planet. Somewhere in the archives I read

that if a chart has a lot of exalted planets, the chart is considered

to be weak. By the same logic, a planet with less than 12 points in

all houses, can it be considered strong and benefic? Please help.

Hallelujah!!! this one made it to the list. I can now get some

answeres on the analyses I did for the charts, which were posted on the

list in last several days.
