Ok Dena,

 

What brand, make and model are your cookers? Having a recommendation from a

fellow veg may save me hours of research.

 

When you omit the soaking step do the beans still have their usual less socially

pleasant after effects? Can you season/salt the beans when you use the pressure

cooker and not have them stay hard?
