The member here are always sharing TNT (tried and true) recipes and sharing with us, which the moderators add to our organized recipe files. I'm a lacto ova vegetarian too. I've was raised one and am raising another generation of vegetarians. What a blessing to never have meat in our home. So many great foods to try and I never run out. of delicious recipes to try.
