Guest guest Report post Posted November 17, 2009 3 cups of Quinoa 3-4 Beets cooked or baked 1/4 tsp cinnamon 3 cups of red quinoa cooked either in water or vegetable broth I like it cooked very soft almost to an oatmeal texture. Add 1/4 tsp of cinnamon mixed in. Chop or dice peeled cooked beets. Mix in well with quinoa. Serve warm. Quote Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
