Guest guest Report post Posted November 14, 2009 Hi Everyone, I'm a new member, mother of 2 great kids, heading towards 50. Along with my weight-loss goal, I want to get rid of the meat in my diet, though it's not much. I'm partially vegetarian (if there is such a thing) I make my own gluten, and make a mean pecan patty. I'd really like to take my vegetarian cooking to the next level, and learn more how to use different spices and seasonings to make more of a variety of tasty vegetarian dishes.
