I make both pumpkin bread and pie but mix my own spices in them. What I noticed

is that the spices have less salt according to the labels. I don't use much salt

even though my mother did. When I eat in some restaurants, the meals sometimes

seem primarily salt :>(

I have a feeling Penzey's will make me a more innovative cook although I think

following the vege group files will do the same thing :>) Now I have to get

over my fear of chili peppers. I don't know why I avoid them when I love Indian

food (while downing gallons of water LOL)

Oh yes Penzeys definitely will make you a more creative cook! Especially the

samples they give you occasionally...whenever I get one I always think " hmmm

what can I do with THIS?!? "
