i quit smoking

I quit in 96, easiest thing I ever did, smoked 38 years, just quit one day got

tired of givin my money to the wealthy!!!

How long has it been? Congrats! It's very hard to do. I should know.

Me, too! Unfortunately, not before I had COPD.

Not so easy for me, put through the heroine addict rehab class (never

touched heroine, but they said the two are very similar brain wise) and 2

years worth of anti-anxiety medication to do it and I gained over 50 pounds

in the process.
