Tian - like a gratin dish, more shallow than a casserole. I think it has layers

as opposed to just thrown together.

I'll type it up and post it for you! I love mushrooms and spinach too!

There are a few in this book I'd like to try - Curried Yellow Split Pea and

Winter Squash soup; Winter Squash, Bean and Pasta soup; Braised Kale, Winter

Squash (using Delicata! someone posted looking for ideas not long ago) and corn;

Barley, Mushroom and Spinach tian; and Tempeh, Onion and Cheese Enchiladas are

the ones that initially caught my eye.
