Flax seed and brown rice

[Guest guest]

Thanks for the info on flax seed. What is the best way to grind?

Thanks again.

Alessandra,

I grind Flax Seed in my coffee grinder. You can grind to powder or however

course you want it. I grind everything in my little electric coffee grinder,

including nuts and herbs.
