Tofu in diet

I use eat tofu all the time because I'm Asian. Now in America I use more grain,

and other vegetable and don't eat much tofu now.

Many non-vegi's will ask me if I live on salads and that funny white stuff

(tofu) Little do they know,I eat both but not daily, maybe 2 times a week.
