Especially like the photos in my Mexican cook book showing step by step how to make Tamales or Tortillas. I seldom follow a recipe without changing some ingredients to my taste and *decorating* to suit me or the occasion. Our temps have been in the high 80's , so still to hot for baking. Can't wait for a cold and blustery day so I can have something yummy baking in the oven and a stew bubling on the stove top. First freeze expected tonight.
