In Lops Angeles Vons is Safeway and they don't carry it nor will they order it.

It shocks me because we have a huge amount of vegetarians out here. It makes me

think if these items get on the shelves the sales of the frozen alternative

products will go down. What else could it be? The wonderful thing about the

canned products is you can rtake them camping, on a trip, etc

Donna I was just going to say, no Safeway in southern California...so it is

Vons, good to know, but still no Worthington. I know because I have looked

there too.

Not only are they good for a trip, you can take a can of the dogs to a BBQ, for

example, if you have doubts that they will have anything veggie to grill. I did

so on the last BBQ I was invited to. They had tons of veggie food! so I did

not need to open the can, but it was really nice as 'insurance', and will do

that again. It takes all the worry out of 'what will I eat'? I know home

prepared food is better always, but if there is no time to prepare anything,

just get a can out of the pantry and voila!
