Hi Donna,

I couldn't believe how easy the Thai Chickpeas were either. And isn't the pc so

quick. I keep thinking - oh no it can't be cooked yet, but it always is.

This sounds delicious. I do have this cookbook, I better dig it out.

I sure loved the Thai Chickpea recipe. How flavorful and easy too.
