I am sort of new, was on the list and had to rejoin. I have been vegetarian for 15 years, my husband is not veg but we make it work. I have a 2 year old daughter who can be very picky so often i am happy she eats anything! I will have to think about a recipe to post and get back, don't have any good ones off the top of my head.
