Garbonzo beans steaming question

I am wondering if I can cook them in pressure cooker in the steaming basket.

Will give it a go.

Do you stir the garbanzo beans during that 60 to 90 minutes of steaming? I

LOVE garbanzo beans! I usually just cook them in water like regular beans but

can't wait to try this. I have a very large, vintage steamer....probably made

between 1930 to 1950.....that is deep. That is why I wondered about if

stirring the ones on the bottom to the top would help them all steam more

evenly.
