    I love all the Moosewood Restaurant ckbks, and have a collection of them.  I

just got the new one, Cooking for Health, but have not made my way through it

yet.  I do like their Moosewood Restaurant Cooks at Home.  I also like Debbie

Madison and Mark Bittmans vege books.  Fun!!
