My Veganomicon Arrive Today

I'm sitting here holding my Veganomicon today.  I'm going to go through it and

look for great recipes to try this weekend as I'm going grocery shopping

tomorrow.  Please let me know what your favorite recipes are out of

Veganomicon.  I can use all of the direction I can get.

I love the chickpea cutlets, around page 133, and the spinach lasagna made with

cashew ricotta.
