Dumplings 1 cup Quinoa Flour 2 eggs Slightly beat eggs and slowly add flour Drop by teaspoons into boiling water (apx.2 1/2 cups) Reserve water to make gravy ******************************** Gravy 2 Tab. olive oil 3 Tabs. Quinoa Flour 3 Tab. bullion flavoring (faux chik or Bf.) Heat oil, add Quinoa flour, stiring constantly until lightly brown Slowly add reserved dumpling water stiring until thickens.
