Executive Chef Scott Jones was there to prepare my meal, which is an honor. Plus the bonus of last night was I got to meet rock legend and owner, Chrissie Hynde. She is also a huge supporter and donor for Happy Trails Farm Animal Sanctuary, where I volunteer. I could not have asked for a better birthday.
