best hour of tv you're ever going to see

This will be on tv in the U.S. Tuesday night, and eventually on

dvd. I really enjoyed the movie Supersize Me, as well as a few

episodes of 30 Days that I've seen.

for some reason i've never gotten a chance to see "30 days", tho i've seen the ads for the show a billion times...

of course supersize me was great.
