Here's what I went with for the potluck last night -

 

Massaman Curry with Potatoes, Carrots, and Yams

(followed the recipe on the can of curry)

 

Amazing Peas (with coconut and cilantro)

The peas were a hit, as was the curry. I really liked the coconut rice

but it wasn't as much liked by the crowd.
